Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and the Labor Party are playing politics with Australian foreign policy, Peter Dutton has said.
The Opposition Leader delivered a scathing assessment of the government during an exclusive interview with Sky News Australia’s Sharri Markson on Thursday night.
Speaking on the Prime Minister’s recent ambivalence towards Israel, Mr Dutton described a government more concerned with winning public approval than upholding national interests.
“We’ve got, what I think is, a government that’s trying to play to a particular segment of the population by taking a stance in relation to Israel at the moment which is acrimonious,” he said.
